Phil Hare is widely regarded as one of the finest and most distinctive acoustic guitarists working on the current folk music circuit. 2009 will see the release of a new album by Phil, bringing together the sometimes disparate areas of contemporary folk song and acoustic fingerstyle guitar instrumentals.
