The Performers (continued).

Bill Caddick
Bill CaddickBlack Country-born Bill Caddick is, beyond doubt, one of the finest songwriters of his generation and many of his songs, such as John O’ Dreams, have become folk classics. He is a fine singer, plays a mean 12 string guitar and he sings his songs with warmth, passion and commitment. Bill was a founder member of the legendary folk-rock band The Home Service and a member of the Albion Band for many years. Bill is also performing at the festival with All Blacked Up.

All Blacked Up
All Blacked UpAll Blacked Up are one of the country's premier ceilidh bands with their driving, full-bodied yet eminently danceable music. After twenty-five years playing great dance music together, they have really learnt the trick of mixing acoustic and electric instruments without overpowering the dancer. All Blacked Up bring jazz and R&B to an infectious, traditional English groove.

Flossie Malavialle
Flossie MalavialleFlossie Malavialle had been singing for years in France before she came across on a teacher exchange to the North East and wowed everybody with her sensational voice, her gutsy guitar style, eclectic repertoire and Franglais patter. She intrigues listeners with her quaint French-Geordie accent and charms them with her stories and ready laughter, yet it’s her singing that bowls them over. Her repertoire is very open as she likes all sorts of different music genres but, whatever the style, she sings every song with such skill and commitment and with beauty and clarity. Flossie has recorded 6 excellent albums to date which cover a repertoire from Brel and Piaf, through the best contemporary songwriters, to Trad and Blues.
