There wil be an extensive programme of street
entertainment, appealing to children and adults alike. Acts
will be performing throughout the weekend in the town and at
the festival site.
Outdoor concerts, dance displays and street theatre will
feature during the Festival weekend at various venues around
the town. Booked so far are
Pablo Latona,
on tour from Australia and the hilarious
Grand Theatre Of Lemmings.
On Saturday there will be a concert in the historic Saracen’s Head Hotel courtyard, and on Sunday there will be music in the main Market Square on King Street, which will be closed to traffic during the day on Saturday for mass dance displays and street entertainment, and on Sunday for a Continental Market.
A variety of music and dance will feature in three other
characterful pubs - The Old Coach House, The Hearty Goodfellow
(fabulous pub garden) and The Bramley Apple. Please see the

Southwell Minster will be the atmospheric stage for a lunchtime
concert on Friday (arrive early if you can) and the fascinating
National Trust Workhouse will again host a variety of workshops
and dance displays.
Picturesque Southwell is an historic town with many interesting buildings, a heritage trail and excellent eateries and is well worth the short ten minute walk from the festival site.
