Festival volunteering

The Festival is managed and run by Volunteers and if stewarding at the Festival does not really appeal to you – but you would like to get involved and support the Festival in other ways, we would love to hear from you.

The quantity of time that you have available is not relevant as long as you are enthusiastic and willing to work with other like minded people. There are many one-off jobs in the build up to the festival in addition to year round administration tasks, e.g.

• Updating our databases
• Researching new sponsorship opportunities
• Updating the photo bank
• Analyze the feedback forms + prepare post festival evaluation
• Helping with local promotional activities & exhibitions
• Distributing festival publicity
• Stuffing thousands of envelopes with brochures
• Erecting signage in and around the site
