Artists
The Festival gives no warranty that artists named in the programme and any publicity will perform at any particular time, or at all, and reserve the right to present alternative performers and re-programme events when unforeseen circumstances prevail. However, every effort will be made to carry out the programme as advertised.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given consideration on written request before 30th April 2009 and will be subject to a 50% administration charge. If lost there can be no ticket replacement.  Tickets are not transferable. SORRY - NO REFUNDS AFTER 30TH APRIL 2009, UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
